The Brock corporate group has had burgeoning wheel production gures since being set up in the mid-90's and in the meantime we have even developed capacities to produce more than 750,000 wheels every year. Our corporate group combines design development, production, marketing and sales while our light alloy wheels assortment includes 57 designs ranging from 13 to 20 inches with our two brands – Brock and RC Design. Our stunning and extensive range of products including multi-component wheels and designs for o-road vehicles and SUVs are what have put our name on the map.

Our diverse wheel applications are part of our formula for success just like our regular quality assurance: all of our wheels are put to gruelling tests and checked from top to bottom while being certied by Germany's TÜV testing authority. More than 200 persons are employed. Weilerswist includes not only management and sales and our state-of-the-art logistics centre, warehouse and shipping. This is also where our two- and three-component wheels are produced.
We put major investments into our German locations for storing and disbursing 3,000 wheels at our Weilerswist logistics centre every day. This 20 meter warehouse has 16,000 pallet slots on various levels and millions of euros worth of products are stored in our awesome high bay warehouse to guarantee delivery capacities at a moment's notice. We manufacture our wheels in our own foundry in and our 100 workers use state-of-the-art casting machines and computer-controlled machining centres to produce superior wheels.
After production, the nal rims are coated using one of the most modern enamelling lines for rims in Europe. It's state-ofthe-art to guarantee a superior level of quality. And our enamelling and coating lines are foremost in the world enabling us to oer a 3-year warranty for all of the wheels we enamel including SLC coated wheels.


For years, the major feature of our patented painting equipment has been outstanding endurance with an intricate combination of various materials and the clear acrylic powder we use as a protecting painting with all of our painting adds to this.
It's expensive and more time-consuming to use than conventional lacquering, but its characteristics are unbeatable. The greater layer thickness and enhanced material thickness delivers much greater protection from corrosion, salts and other weathering conditions. Even braking dust can be removed much more easily from acrylic, preventing virtually all corroding.
